At enrichbites, we take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in fresh, hygienic, and sealed condition. Due to the nature of food products,
our return and refund policy is as follows.
No Returns on Opened Products
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged during transit
Product received is incorrect
Product received is expired
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Reporting an Issue
To raise a return or refund request, please email us at care@enrichbites.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear images of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Refund & Replacement Process
After verification, enrichbites will initiate:
A replacement, subject to product availability, or
A refund to the original payment method
Refund timelines may vary based on the payment provider.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Taste preference
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier partners or external factors
